July 24th, 2020 - D'Arcy Burke died today in his Chromag shirt, with his parents and soulmate by his side. One day, we will gather with our hundreds of hearts together. Loving D'Arcy Burke

Hi Everyone. D'Arcy Burke is in pain. He is championing away the pain as best he can, distracting him from the hurting heart around him, filling his mind with love. We won't wait for the white room to broadcast our love, memories or regrets. Tell him now. Let the world know D'Arcy is a kind man with a heart that stands out before him, patient with a spark that rockets him to the front of the pack, full of brains with a CBC cerebral quotable context, loved by a woman of joy and stone and blood and earth and luminescent light. Let his family know D'Arcy is a Whistler legend - from mountaintop corduroy to slopeside singletrack - he built the peaty ground for our saddles to sit on; the smooth snowy lines beneath the boots that we fill.

Hi D'Arcy! Peter from Fiber Options aka The Hemp Store. We were store neighbours for some time and fortunately became friends. I really wanted to thank you for keeping my poor bike in shape. I was happy to talk to you and Jeannette about many great topics. I want you to know you made a real difference in our lives and both our family and our bikes thank you! Peace!

D'Arcy, some of my favourite memories from grooming go back to the very early days when it would be just the two of us on the hill in the late spring. We were so lucky to have the entire mountain to ourselves!

I've always admired your calm, intelligent demeanor, always cool and collected but firm in your leadership. You are one of a kind D'Arcy Burke. I'm lucky to know you.

D'arcy, we only worked together in Evolution for a couple of summers, but I feel I'm a better human for having known you. Your enthusiasm for chats about all things from punk rock to politics, and of course bikes have stuck with me. You are a Whistler legend and its a pleasure and a privilege to have crossed your path. I hope you find some relief xx
