July 24th, 2020 - D'Arcy Burke died today in his Chromag shirt, with his parents and soulmate by his side. One day, we will gather with our hundreds of hearts together. Until then, love your friends, tell stories of Whistler's wise wizard, and toast to D'Arcy Burke. Keep using this place to share your messages, photos, videos, and love for D'Arcy. We've created a lasting tribute for his family to always hold close as they mourn a great loving man.

Thanks for sharing this....Darcy was/is such a great guy and one of the people I have known but not really known for many years through my history here in Whistler. Always a smiling face and positive attitude until the end. It was a honour to have spent time with him and all the great people on that epic trip into the Chilcotins a few years back. I know both him and Lisa are now climbing and descending down some other peaks and getting face shots of both white and brown pow along that way....

This guy is my Idol. He dragged me over mountains and through creeks. We were turned away by Grizzlies , we were shut down early by august snow storms. We tried doing 3 bike rides in one day on 16 hour death marches. He is always thoughtful and infectious with his love. I love this guy to the moon and back
