July 24th, 2020 - D'Arcy Burke died today in his Chromag shirt, with his parents and soulmate by his side. One day, we will gather with our hundreds of hearts together. D’Arcy, I’m grateful to you, Willa, Dennis and Christianna for helping to make my childhood fun. I have fond memories of hiking in the Western Communities, skiing at Mt. Washington and camping Up-Island with you.

I appreciate how often you and Jeannette have travelled to Victoria to keep our longstanding Christmas traditions alive. I always enjoy hearing about your adventures in Whistler, Ecuador and the backcountry.

I have long admired the way you pursue your passions. I’m impressed with how you’ve kept biking, enjoying your music and engaging in political issues on the good days during your illness. I’m grateful to learn more about your generous friends through this site and our recent conversations
